Paul Delesenne* (47)
Paul has a wealth of knowledge and experience related to the general management of operations, negotiations of acquisitions and disposals of assets.
Prior to establishing Forest Value Investment Management, Paul built an extensive knowledge in the management of operations and real estate, initially at Cobepa and then, together with Richard Boomer, as founder and managing director of Codemer from 1991 to 2002. Under Paul and Richard's leadership, Codemer became the prime real estate services provider in Belgium. Paul was subsequently for several years CEO of Robelco, one of the largest Belgian developers. In his successive capacities, Paul successfully negotiated or supervised a large number of major transactions, including several European landmark acquisitions, developments and disposals.
Paul is also currently advisor to the City of Brussels for the redevelopment of the "Plateau du Heysel", one of the largest public development initiatives in Belgium.
Paul graduated from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 1985.

Richard Boomer* (49)
Richard's experience covers more specifically investment services to institutional clients including acquisition and disposal negotiations, research, appraisals and due diligence procedures.
Prior to establishing Forest Value Investment Management, Richard built his experience with institutional investments and real estate, first in investment banks in New York, London and Brussels and subsequently as founder and managing director of Codemer from 1991 to 2004. He has since been advising institutional investors with major investment transactions.
Richard is also Special Advisor to European Commission Vice-President Siim Kallas.
Richard graduated from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 1984.
Yves Pitsaer* (51)
Yves started his career as Lecturer at the Catholic University of Louvain (Law Faculty). He then moved to Deloitte Luxembourg and acquired a 10-year experience in external audit (banks and financial institutions) before becoming a Director of the Deloitte-specialised subsidiary dedicated to internal audit.
In 1997, Yves joined KBL European Private Bankers S.A. as Head of the Subsidiaries Directorate, a position he is still currently in charge of. During the last decade, he has been responsible for the M&A activity of KBL and as such has co-ordinated all of KBL's major acquisitions. He has also been in charge of the follow-up of KBL's subsidiaries.
Yves has a Master in Law and Executive Education Program in Business Administration IAG, Catholic University of Louvain.

Frédéric Falla* (52)
Prior to joining Forest Value Investment Management, Frédéric was a member of the Brussels Bar. After a period as assistant in the tax law department of the University of Liège, Frédéric practised law for nearly 25 years with major international law firms in Brussels and New York, the last 14 years as a partner at Linklaters.
Frédéric specialised in tax, M&A and financial law. He advised originators, issuers and international investment banks on a number of major capital markets and structured finance transactions, and on financial regulations.
Frédéric graduated from ULG in 1980 (Lic. Droit), the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 1983 (CEPAC) and the University of California, Berkeley in 1984 (LLM).
Thibault Biebuyck* (30)
Prior to joining Forest Value Investment Management, Thibault spent nearly seven years at Morgan Stanley in its investment banking division, with a focus on business development and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions.
Thibault started his career in the M&A team in London, where he participated in many large deals across Europe, mainly in the telecom and financial institutions sectors. Thibault then spent three years in the United Arab Emirates setting up Morgan Stanley operations in the Middle East and covering clients across the MENA region.
Thibault graduated from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2002 with The Highest Honours and spent his exchange programme at Darden School of Business (MBA, University of Virginia).
